So, how long does shipping take?
Your order is processed within 1-2 days business days Monday - Friday from the date you place your order, and THEN it is shipped. If you place your order on a weekend or Public Holiday it will be processed the following business day and THEN SHIPPED.

Shipping times quoted START once your order is SHIPPED. Please allow for this, when you are tracking the status of your package.

AtlasCo's prefered carrier is Australia Post, and its reliable and dependable. When the package arrives in the country of destination Australia Post hands the order to that country's national post carrier to complete the delivery.

Please note that due to the impact of COVID19 and ongoing lockdowns, some of the courier services around the world are delayed due to precautions taken by our carriers. It varies country by country. Once your item is shipped from our warehouse, we have no control over the freight carriers and their delays as they vary from country to country even if you chose EXPRESS shipping. Our promise is that we do our bit to get it out within 3 days, and then its up to the carriers to do their bit. 

Is insurance and tracking included with delivery?

Yes, your order comes with complimentary tracking and insurance. Once we have dispatched your order you will be emailed a tracking number from our warehouse.
If you haven't received your tracking number for some reason, please check your 'JUNK MAIL' or email us at Please dont DM us on Social media regarding packages. 

I have not received any tracking for my order what should I do?

Generally, you will receive tracking information within 1-3 days of placing your order. It will be sent to the email you used with your order. If you haven't received your tracking number, please check your 'JUNK MAIL' or email us at

Lost in Transit (LIT)

In the event of a Lost in Transit case, AtlasCo  will only provide a replacement or refund (if item is not in stock) when the courier explicitly states and confirms that the package cannot be found in their network, and that the package is deemed LIT.

International orders may be subject to import fees , customs duties value added taxes (VAT) , etc. All shipping costs do NOT cover these fees in your country.

Please check in your country as to what will be charged to you. This also includes any complimentary promotional material and parts that we may send to support an event.
