Warranty Return and Exchanges Terms and Conditions

At AtlasCo we represent many leading Scooter brands and the brands themselves are responsible for the quality of their products.

How to Make a Warranty Claim 

If you need  to make a Warranty Claim, please lodge your claim using the link below, and we will forward this information to the manufacturer of the brand, and they will advise if the product is valid for a warranty replacement or repair.This process takes approx. 1 week. Once approved, we will then send you your repaired product or a replacement .

Should you claim not be approved by the manufacturer,  in good faith we will offer you a discount code of 15% should you wish to purchase a new part to replace your broken part. This offer is valid for 3 months of purchase of the original part and the code must be used within 1 month of issue. 

What's Covered and What not!

Due to the inherent nature of the sport and industry of freestyle scooters most distributors and their manufacturers have very limited warranties that cover direct manufacturing faults or failures in their products. As with all extreme sports, scooter equipment suffers damage as a direct result of participation in the sport. Such damage to equipment is not covered under warranty as it is wear and tear.


Any warranty is void on items that show clear misuse or damage caused by or related to improper riding technique. Most manufacturers will also not cover warranty claims on items that show excessive or obvious wear directly or indirectly related to the claim.
Any modification to a product will void the distributor's warranty for that individual part as well as any associated parts.

A warranty is only approved if the breakage or malfunction of the scooter is a DIRECT RESULT OF A FLAW IN THE MANUFACTURING OF THE PRODUCT. Damage, breakage, cracking or snapping of the product as a result of riding WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. 

The AtlasCo Online Warranty Policy in no way limits your rights as a consumer as outlined by the Australian Consumer Law. We work closely with the ACCC and encourage you to know your rights and seek advice at any stage during a warranty process.

Made an error with your purchase ? No problems we are happy to offer an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will provide a store credit and you can make a separate purchase for the new item and we will invoice you for the additional shipping cost.( not valid if the item has been modified ie: bars cut down) 

Change Of Mind After Purchase
Changed your mind ? Once your have made a purchase the order goes into our logistics system immediately so we do not provide refunds for change of mind. We do however offer a full store credit for the value of your purchase and you can make a separate purchase for a new tem.
