CHANGE OF MIND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We move fast to get orders packed and out the door. Because of this, please read the below carefully before placing your order.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you’ve ordered the wrong item, changed your setup, or simply no longer want the product:
- We may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters our system immediately.
- If your order has not yet been packed, we may be able to cancel it
- If your order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
No exceptions.
Change of Address / Order Edits
If you need to update your order (address, item, etc.):
- Contact us immediately after placing your order
- Once the order is packed or shipped, no changes can be made
Refused Deliveries / Return to Sender
If you refuse delivery or your order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failure to collect
- Customs refusal
We will issue a store credit only, minus:
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping cost
- Any fees incurred
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or credits unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos and your order number
We’ll sort it quickly with a replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the situation.
Important
By placing an order with AtlasCo.Online, you acknowledge and accept:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once packed or shipped
- Change of mind does not qualify for a refund
- Return shipping is your responsibility
- Store credit may be offered at our discretion only
